Nawal, a professional singer and musician from the Comoros, offers us a workshop on freeing the voice, in connection with the body, the breath, the rhythm and the emotions.
She will guide us through an experience of letting go that aims to improve both vocal possibilities and psychic balance. We will learn to let the voice guide us, to follow it, and we will discover the pleasure of listening to ourselves and to others.
Body exercises, relaxation, massage, anchoring
The parameters of the voice (pitch, duration, intensity and timbre)
Vocal games (singing, shouting, whispering)
Listening to oneself and to others

Please bring a confortable outfit for the bodywork. We will be barefoot.
