Through empathic listening, healing touch, conscious breathing, guided meditation and movement, I help you to put words to your experience, to breathe consciously, untie knots, release emotions, express your truth, learn to love yourself, transform your relationships and come to know yourself more deeply.
I offer guidance but not care taking. The guided person must take responsibility and be independent outside the sessions.
The individual sessions are given online via ZOOM or at Swallows Mill in Brittany, France where an accommodation is possible. We can speak English, Norwegian (Swedish/Danish) or French. A session online lasts 1 hour. A breathing session lasts 2 hours.
